EA Sports FC 25 is set to make its debut this September, but fans will notice the absence of two major Serie A teams: AC Milan and Inter Milan. This development comes as EA Sports confirms that these iconic clubs will not appear in the game with their official branding.

Why the Absence?
David Jackson from EA Sports revealed to La Gazzetta dello Sport that while players from AC Milan and Inter Milan will still be included in the game under the FIFPro license, the clubs' logos, kits, and stadiums will be missing. This is due to an exclusive partnership between the clubs and Konami’s eFootball, which has secured the rights to these teams.

This situation echoes similar arrangements with other Italian clubs like Lazio and Atalanta, who have also partnered exclusively with eFootball. As a result, EA FC 25 will feature only 16 licensed Serie A teams.

What Can Players Expect?
Despite the absence of AC Milan and Inter Milan's full branding, EA Sports FC 25 will bring back other Serie A teams like Napoli and Roma with their official kits and logos. The game will include a wide array of licensed leagues and tournaments, such as:

    Premier League
    La Liga
    Bundesliga
    Ligue 1
    UEFA Champions League
    Serie A and Serie B

Release Date
EA FC 25 is scheduled for release on September 27, 2024, continuing the franchise's tradition of launching new editions at the end of September.
